All postoperative recommendations should be carefully followed. After the extraction, your gums and bone will recede, and regular check-ups and maintenance will help to monitor healing and prevent issues. To achieve the best fit, temporary linings or tissue conditioners will be required, and these may need to be altered or replaced several times during the healing process. After the healing process is complete, a permanent reline will be required to provide a comfortable and precise fit.
