Frank L. Munoz, D.D.S. passed away on Monday, December 26th, 2016. Dr. Munoz will be sadly missed by all who knew him. His boisterous laugh and caring spirit will forever be in our memory. He will always remain in our hearts and his legacy will live on through the “In Smyle Family” that he and his wife Lucy have created.
